O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Technical) to lead cross-functional technology initiatives spanning eCommerce, supply chain, store systems, and enterprise tech. You will own projects end to end, working with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, schedules, and budgets, while mitigating risks and ensuring delivery of business outcomes.

This on-site role is located in Springfield, MO with no remote option.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional tech projects.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall/hybrid methods.
• Knowledge of SDLC and IT concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies.
• Establish project health metrics and stakeholder reporting.
