This on-site role requires strong troubleshooting, architecture, and collaboration skills, with opportunities to mentor others and drive modernization initiatives across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 3+ years supporting Linux environments.
• 3+ years scripting in Python.
• 3+ years patching experience.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems using prescribed options.
• Experience reviewing requirements and developing technical plans.
• Ability to design, execute, and document system/service tests.
• Performs gap analyses and contributes to change strategies.
• Understands business context and documents architectures.
• Analyzes trends to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements to develop infrastructure solutions.
• Evaluate current-state environments and propose future-state architectures.
• Monitor infrastructure and analyze performance to identify risks and capacity needs.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, OS, hardware, software, and applications.
• Configure and support enterprise operating environments and updates.
• Design, execute, and document infrastructure testing and validation.
• Implement and maintain security controls and compliance practices.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and maintain systems.
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to teams.
• Participate in on-call support for critical incidents.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
