Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 10–15 years of experience in software engineering.
• 3–6 years of managerial experience leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead team in strategic discussions and technical development.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to design technology solutions.
• Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices across the team.
• Implement and monitor quality assurance initiatives and improvements.
