What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with project sponsors, delivery teams, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time and within budget
- Create and manage detailed project schedules, change control processes, and documentation
- Identify and raise project risks while presenting implementable solutions or alternatives
- Coordinate project activities across multiple systems, departments, and teams

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale Finance Technology programs
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or equivalent
- Working knowledge and experience with Workday Financials
- Strong understanding of accounting processes and management reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to document findings and proposals clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience or certification in LEAN principles and practices
- Proven ability to manage conflict to achieve project goals
- Familiarity with various ERP solutions such as PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Hyperion, or SAP
- Experience with continuous delivery and Agile methodologies
- Strong experience using Microsoft ADO and SharePoint
