Cosm is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to drive venue deployment initiatives across multiple domains. You will lead end-to-end program delivery, coordinating with Venue Deployment, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure timely, high-quality deployments.

You bring 6+ years of program management experience, a track record of working across organizational boundaries, and a talent for building scalable processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or equivalent program/project management certification.
• 6+ years of program management experience
• Proven track record leading high-stakes programs with competing priorities, technical complexity, and tight timelines
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence across organizational boundaries and build trust with senior stakeholders
• Experience building and scaling processes, frameworks, and documentation to enable teams to execute more effectively
• Excellent communication with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business partners
• Travel up to 50% during peak venue launch phases

Responsibilities

• Lead Venue Deployment Program Management from planning through post-launch optimization.
• Own end-to-end program delivery: schedule development, dependency tracking, risk management, stakeholder communication, and launch execution.
• Drive coordination across networking, A/V systems, platform integration, field engineering, operations readiness.
• Identify and drive resolution of technical risks, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Regularly communicate program status to Director and executive stakeholders with appropriate context and recommendations.
• Process & Framework Development to build Cosm's venue deployment framework with standardization and flexibility.
• Design and build repeatable playbooks, checklists, reference guides, and decision trees.
• Document lessons learned and translate them into process improvements and updated templates.
• Drive adoption of new processes and tools; gather feedback and refine based on real-world usage.
• Technical Program Leadership to guide teams toward scalable solutions and align with business impact.
