Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with SQL and metrics management.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on automation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Trust & Safety has metrics and tools to proactively measure quality across AI-driven enforcement and labeling systems.
• Own and maintain the quality measurement and reporting strategy for a high-complexity product portfolio.
• Design Human-over-the-Loop workflows and AI evaluation rubrics for nuanced policy application.
• Lead transition from manual QA to AI-driven predictive insights, anomaly detection, and verification of logic.
• Leverage AI copilots to automate processes, write scripts, and prototype safety/quality frameworks.
