Atlassian is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to shape and deliver high-priority programs for Developer Infrastructure & Productivity. This senior IC role partners with product, engineering, design, and other functions to turn strategy into measurable outcomes.

You will be accountable for program outcomes across multiple teams, establishing repeatable systems and coaching to elevate TPM craft. Flexible location options are available, including remote work in line with company policy.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software/TPM experience.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical problems and programs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze objectives and define a long-term strategy and roadmap for your platform and product components.
• Translate business objectives into technical systems problems to prioritize in the current environment.
• Define systems programs and action plans for capacity planning, migration, HA, network architecture, performance, reliability.
• Partner with engineers and architects to advance these problems.
• Manage the lifecycle from initiation to forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, etc.
• Coordinate complex dependencies and projects across the company.
