Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to drive end-to-end delivery across multiple technical teams. You will partner with product management and engineering to define long-term visions, scope, milestones, and cross-organizational initiatives.

You will lead the program scope, analyze data, set goals, and influence resource allocation, ensuring safe, high-quality technology delivery in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years working with engineering teams in PM/PM or engineering roles.
• 3+ years technical program management with software/ platform teams.
• Experience managing programs across technical and business teams.
• Ability to earn trust and foster inclusion.
• U.S. citizen, national, green card holder or eligible status.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, development, testing and deployment of features across teams.
• Create and track milestones, risks, and dependencies; define requirements.
• Dive deep into system designs and dependencies.
• Identify changes needed across systems and estimate work with SDM.
• Develop a cross-team implementation plan.
• Write narratives on decisions, trade-offs, and updates.
