Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, CS or equivalent.
• 3+ years of technical program management with software teams.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional release schedules.
• Ability to earn trust and foster inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment across multiple teams.
• Create and track milestones, risks and dependencies; own requirements.
• Understand system interfaces and dependencies; estimate work with SDMs.
• Develop cross-team implementation plans and drive program decisions.
• Write narratives on decisions, trade-offs, and updates.
