Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in Redmond, WA. You will drive end-to-end program delivery across engineering, finance, legal and business teams, coordinating multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality results.

You will own the program lifecycle, define delivery plans, and keep executives informed of progress while removing blockers and managing stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment across Eng, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Legal, AR, Customer Support, UX, Testing, Sales and Business teams.
• Own end-to-end ownership and ensure delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• Define program, keep stakeholders informed with status, and resolve blockers.
• Deliver launch plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Own communication to senior/executive leadership tracking progress across workstreams.
• Manage new projects end-to-end and ensure high standards.
