Responsibilities

• Own the complete product lifecycle for a satellite customer terminal from concept development through customer adoption—ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
• Translate customer requirements and market insights into a prioritized product roadmap, making informed tradeoffs between features, timeline, and technical constraints.
• Engage in technical discussions with engineering and design teams to balance the technical requirements across performance, size, and cost.
• Advocate for customer needs and exceptional user experience across all stakeholder conversations, from individual contributor discussions to executive planning sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Leo and Amazon to develop and communicate product vision, strategy, and go-to-market plans.
