Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager in the Global Risk Analytics Technology team to drive large, multiyear programs. You will coordinate across business and technology leaders, manage scope, schedule, risks and financials, and deliver executable, measurable outcomes using modern data and analytics platforms.

The role emphasizes strong planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership in a complex, regulated risk domain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Project Management and prior experience as a Tech BA leading a significant technical delivery.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts covering distributed applications using REST API; Python, RDBMS (Exadata); exposure to big data framework like Hadoop.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior meetings and decisions.
• Knowledge of budgeting and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
• Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
• Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
• Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
• Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
• Manages program financials and supports resource planning
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
• Acts as a delivery lead with a strong planning, execution, and reporting expertise
• Owns and produces good quality program update materials for senior leadership, including diagrams/timelines/dependencies that explain technical concepts and delivery updates clearly
