Bank of America in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Risk Analysis Specialist II within the AMG to lead multiple technical projects and support the Business Management function. You will manage deliverables for senior stakeholders and drive automation to improve processes.

You will work with JIRA, BI and analytics tools, partner across GRA and AMG, and grow into wider business management and modelling activities with on-the-job training. This is an in-office role with 40 hours/week.

Formación

• Demonstrated project and business management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior audiences.
• Self-motivated, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proven ability to identify sub-optimal processes and fix them.
• Process oriented and detail oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Run multiple technical projects concurrently, including model deployment to target-state infrastructure.
• Support business management processes as agreed with the Business Management Lead.
• Provide PMO capabilities: QA/QC on tasks, governance, and lifecycle tracking.
• Offer business support to AMG leads: capacity planning, reports, hiring activities.
• Explore automation of PM and business processes and reporting.
• Optimize the team operating model for PM and business practices.
• Work with stakeholders across AMG and GRA with minimal supervision.
