Bank of America is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for the Global Risk Analytics group in Jersey City, NJ. This role leads cross-functional delivery across multiple teams, drives agile ceremonies, and ensures alignment with regulatory and business requirements.

The position emphasizes planning, execution, stakeholder management, and strong communication. Eligible for discretionary incentives with comprehensive benefits, located on-site in the US.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Management and prior experience as a Tech BA leading a significant technical delivery.
• Good experience with Agile methodologies and toolsets (Atlassian suite, JIRA etc.).
• Ability to understand architectural concepts and translate them into delivery plans.

• Leads and coordinates delivery routines (kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, tollgates).
• Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to meet deliverables.
• Provides status updates on delivery, risks, issues, and schedule to stakeholders.
• Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
• Leads multiple workstreams with users and technology teams to hit milestones.
• Facilitates agile routines: scrum, sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives.
• Creates UI mock-ups and design diagrams to align expectations with delivery; enhances user experience.
