Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 2+ years engineering experience; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Knowledge of engineering principles and general practices.

• Ability to work independently or in a team; willingness to travel and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Support engineering tasks; evaluate and recommend solutions for production problems across manufacturing, design, quality, and materials.
• Exercise independent judgment on significant matters.
• Provide support for AMS products and payloads on the production floor, in labs, and on aircraft.
• Collaborate with senior engineering staff and program management; build relationships with technicians and engineers.
