Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, quality engineering, or quality systems in hardware production.
• Experience building quality systems and COPQ frameworks from scratch.
• Cross-functional resolution of quality issues across engineering, production, and supply chain.
• Technical depth in manufacturing processes and failure modes.
• Experience interfacing with government quality oversight (DCMA).
• Ability to build/interpret quantitative models for quality and cost decisions.
• Familiar with version control, scripting, scalable workflows, and reproducible analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build mechanisms linking incoming quality, defects, root cause, and cost into a closed loop for decision making.
• Own COPQ trending, closed-loop resolution, and continuous improvement velocity.
• Drive cross-team resolution across quality engineering, production, supply chain, and design when issues arise.
• Own schedule and financial performance of quality-driven decisions on the program.
• Build KPIs connecting quality metrics to cost, schedule, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive qualification decisions with cost and schedule data.
• Leverage quantitative models to identify patterns before systemic issues emerge.
• Prepare technical doc, analyses, and briefings for internal teams, customers, and government stakeholders.
• Maintain reproducible analysis pipelines with version control and scalable workflows.
