Job summary

Sanmina Corporation is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead process development, continuous improvement, and operational excellence across metal fabrication and assembly operations for data center components. You will drive 42Q, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 initiatives while guiding a team of engineers toward safer, higher quality, and cost-efficient production.

You will partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering on NPI, capacity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field is required.
• 6+ years of manufacturing engineering and process improvement experience in metal fabrication environments.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume and mixed-model manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and assembly processes.
• Proven experience leading process engineering utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma Methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of 42Q, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma across fabrication, welding, painting, and assembly operations.
• Drive continuous improvement using DMAIC, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, 5S, SMED and RCA.
