Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of project administration experience in manufacturing.
• Excellent communication and proactive customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and stay under pressure.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and willingness to learn Oracle.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers and internal teams for pre- and post-sales service functions.
• Updates databases with status of returned materials and accounts for returned inventory.
• Records and reports status of equipment returns, repairs, and deliveries (RMA).
• Processes customer RMAs, order entries, and change notices.
• Ensures service information is accessible by filing documents/forms.
• Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
• Supports the program manager in commercial management including pricing, margins, and AR issues.
• Manages customer backlog/demand and coordinates with planning for MRP/DRP runs.
