Job summary

WEX is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager within the TPMO to drive end-to-end outcomes across Technology. You will enable teams to plan, de-risk, and execute initiatives while reporting on progress and coordinating with engineering, product, and architecture leaders.

You will manage portfolios focused on tooling and services for WEX employees, ensure program health, and maintain data hygiene and transparent reporting using the Atlassian suite.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in technical/information science or related field
• Strong experience in technical program management overseeing high-visibility projects
• Experience with SDLC and cross-functional teams
• Familiar with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Familiar with Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong technical competency to communicate with engineering teams
• Facilitate ongoing planning sessions to align priorities with product and technology leadership
• Own end-to-end technical implementation programs and roadmaps
• Monitor progress and surface risks to stakeholders
• Engage with Technology, Product, and Solution Architecture stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate program risks; escalate as needed
• Manage dependencies across projects and teams
• Ensure data hygiene and Jira stewardship for reporting
• Track program performance using metrics
