Job summary

LMI is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the USPS technology portfolio, owning end-to-end deployments and serving as the senior technical advisor bridging USPS goals with engineering execution.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage multiple concurrent projects across platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, ServiceNow, AI-enabled solutions) while ensuring delivery quality, security, and customer value for a complex federal environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical program management including enterprise tech delivery.
Experience delivering technology in a federal government or large enterprise environment.
PMI-ACP/CSM/PSM/SAFe or PMP and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end deployments of enterprise tech into USPS production environments across multiple platforms.
Translate USPS needs into technical roadmaps and manage Agile backlogs, sprints, and release planning.
Govern quality, cost, schedule, and risk across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
Build strong USPS relationships, communicate with senior stakeholders, and drive value.
Ensure security, compliance, and accessibility requirements are met throughout delivery.
