Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership with platform-scale program ownership.
• Experience leading multi-team, enterprise-grade programs with significant business impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of platform-level initiatives across multiple domains.
• Manage integrated plans and critical paths using Jira for stakeholder transparency.
• Drive technical alignment through design reviews and delivery readiness checkpoints in Confluence.
• Mitigate systemic risk by addressing integration, scalability and operational risks.
• Ensure launch readiness and successful production handoff and post-launch stabilization.
