Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs spanning asset and infrastructure tooling. You will plan requirements with internal customers, shepherd projects through the lifecycle, and communicate risks to executives and engineers alike.

You will manage engineering-specific programs and teams, focusing on reliability, cost efficiency, and scalable tooling strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience required.
10 years of experience in program management.
7 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the roadmap and strategy for Google's portfolio of first-party tools supporting the asset and infrastructure layer.
Lead a governance structure that drives executive decision-making via a digital assets council and internal communications with first-party customers.
Manage the portfolio of software and tooling programs; prioritize work, allocate resources, and track metrics to drive performance and impact.
Identify and implement change management opportunities to increase velocity and overall impact across multiple teams.
Apply AI to drive productivity, creativity, and innovation across the team.
