Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead multi-disciplinary programs across data center infrastructure and the hardware NPI lifecycle. You will coordinate requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and clearly communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

You will align new products and technical infrastructure roadmaps to enable fast, predictable deployments of heterogeneous machines across Google’s Data Center and third-party fleets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• Experience with data center infrastructure: power, networking, cooling.
• Experience managing hardware NPI life-cycle.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage project delivery addressing data center constraints in colocation deployments.
• Design and manage physical layouts, standards, and tooling requirements for NPIs.
• Build relationships between cross-functional teams and track deployment workflows.
• Influence the development of NPI and server floor design decisions for fleet transitions.
• Develop tools and decision-making frameworks to optimize fleet life-cycle.
