Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Chemical Eng, Materials Science, Biomedical Eng, Chemistry, or related)
• Approximately six+ years in medical device product development, project/program management
• 3+ years leading cross-functional technical teams from concept to launch
• Experience with design controls (e.g., 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485) and quality systems
• Experience coordinating with external partners (consultants, test labs, suppliers)
• GMP/GDP familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional NPD and change control programs across the full development lifecycle
• Define integrated NPD program plans with milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Document design history file and risk management for R&D and verification studies
• Coordinate with Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain for smooth launches
