Job summary

Sirtex Medical is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to lead and monitor corporate programs including NPI, NPD, commercial launches, clinical studies, and post-market surveillance. Focus on delivering value, managing multiple streams, and mitigating risks to ensure timely success.

Candidates should be in Eastern or Central Time Zones. Requires proven launch experience, clinical study management, and post-market governance with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health sciences or related field is required.
• 5+ years’ experience launching commercial products as a project lead/PM in medical device/pharma.
• 3+ years’ experience managing clinical studies and post-market programs.
• 5+ years’ program management experience—planning, scheduling, risk/misuse mitigation, communications.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute commercial launches of Sirtex products or acquired products.
• Oversee post-market programs ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
• Monitor key clinical studies and report to senior management and shareholders.
• Document and maintain archives for product development activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities from initiation to launch.
• Provide updates to senior management on issues and action plans.
• Lead team integration on programs and report status to leadership.
• Analyze project changes and plan resource allocation and sequencing.
• Anticipate risks and drive creative solutions and actions.
