Job summary

Kimberly-Clark is seeking aTechnical Program Manager to lead cross-functional development programs for dispenser and smart/IoT solutions based in Roswell, GA. You will drive programs from concept through launch, coordinating hardware, firmware, software, and operations, while managing risks and ensuring quality and regulatory readiness.

You will report to the Senior R&D Manager – Dispensers and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver integrated solutions on time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in an engineering discipline.
7+ years in technical assignments including leading complex product development.
Proven track record delivering electro-mechanical products from concept to launch.
Experience with plastics/injection molding, electro-mechanical systems, and low-power battery devices.
Experience with design controls, verification/validation, and change management.
Strong program management skills and tools (Agile/Scrum, stage-gate, or hybrid).
Ability to build multi-release roadmaps and manage cross-team dependencies.
Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead without direct authority in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional product development programs for dispenser and IoT portfolio.
Own programs from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
Coordinate hardware, firmware, software, and operations across teams.
Report to Senior R&D Manager – Dispensers in Roswell, GA.
Lead end-to-end development from concept through post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with vendor partners throughout development and lifecycle.
Maintain integrated timelines and make tradeoffs on scope, schedule, resources, and cost.
Run planning, standups, reviews, and gate meetings; track progress against milestones.
Identify/manage risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation plans.
Ensure products meet performance, quality, safety, regulatory, and launch readiness.Provide status updates and leadership recommendations.
Capture lessons learned and improve Ways of Working across programs.
Document and protect IP generated during development.
