• Demonstrated governance skills with intake, prioritization, stage gates and escalation paths.
• Strong planning craft: work‑breakdown, scheduling, dependency management, estimation.
• Experience owning program budgets and engineering capacity allocation.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple concurrent technical programs from intake through launch (platform consolidation, cloud migration, enterprise integrations).
• Define launch criteria and readiness gates with cross‑functional teams and hold the bar under pressure.
• Build and maintain integrated program schedules with milestones and external dates.
• Governance: intake, triage, prioritization criteria, change control, decision rights, escalation paths.
• Own operating cadence: reviews, steering forums, executive readouts with action tracking.
• Embed compliance, security, and quality gates into the lifecycle to meet regulatory obligations.
