Job summary

The Matlen Silver Group, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Technical Project/Program Manager in Raleigh, NC. This 1-year contract role supports high-complexity projects with a focus on coordinating technology deliverables and cross-functional teams in a healthcare/insurance domain.

You will lead multiple projects, manage resources across delivery partners, and mentor team members in a matrixed environment while maintaining scheduled milestones. Local travel to Raleigh/Durham area may be required on occasion.

Qualifications

• Healthcare, health plan, payer, insurance, TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration experience
• 5-8 years of experience
• Experience & Scope, Leadership (Critical)
• Stakeholder Management (Mandatory)
• Cross-Functional Leadership (Mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of high complexity and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Accountable for ensuring that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.
• Accountable for managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope.
• Mentors and provides feedback to team members to create a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.
