The role leads cross-functional engineering programs, owns schedules, and drives end-to-end plans from NPI to mass production, ensuring on-time delivery and clear communication with global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program management experience in the server, data center, or IT industry.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering development across multiple disciplines.
• Own and drive overall program schedule planning, execution, and milestone management.
• Develop and manage end-to-end project plans, including risk assessment and mitigation planning.
• Drive cross-functional teams to deliver integrated hardware, software, and rack-level product solutions from NPI through mass production.
• Ensure on-time delivery of customer milestones and key program deliverables.
• Coordinate and lead regular internal and customer-facing meetings to communicate program status and resolve issues.
• Serve as the primary contact for program execution across global teams.
