Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a hands-on, early-career Technical Program Manager to coordinate the lifecycle of custom server and rack-level solutions in Fremont, CA. You will bridge technical stakeholders, translate complex requirements, and drive deliverables from concept to customer delivery.

In this role you will work with engineering, product, and operations leaders to manage schedules, mitigate risks, and ensure timely execution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional hands-on experience or internships in program management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Computer, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong ability to understand engineering terminology and read basic schematics or specs.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules across hardware platforms and drive milestones.
• Support hardware platform lifecycle from design through deployment and updates.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams.
• Liaise with customers to evaluate issues, coordinate investigations, and communicate status.
• Coordinate engineering changes, BOM revisions, firmware releases, and validation activities.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective action for product quality improvements.
• Track product health metrics and field performance to identify improvements.
• Drive timely delivery of commitments in a fast-paced environment.
