Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in program or project management, with a focus on technical programs.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end.
• Familiar with project/program management tools, metrics, and best practices.
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives with engineering managers and engineers to estimate work, define milestones, and manage resources.
• Manage risk, dependencies, and communications; report status to stakeholders.
• Set up governance, track timelines, and ensure adherence to program standards.
• Forecast budgets and resources; manage scope, changes, and costs across programs.
