Job summary

Keysight seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager in Colorado Springs to own end-to-end programs spanning hardware bring-up and embedded software. You will drive cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, manufacturing, and product to deliver on schedule, cost, and performance with manufacturability in mind.

Strong technical depth, 8+ years in technical program management, and proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives are required.

Qualifications

• Have 8+ years of technical program management experience overseeing hardware and embedded software projects.
• Demonstrate deep technical understanding of hardware bring-up and firmware integration.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional programs without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the program end-to-end from requirements to manufacturing readiness and post-launch review.
• Drive cross-functional teams toward a single plan with accountability for schedule and cost.
• Partner with hardware and embedded teams on architecture trade-offs and test strategy.
• Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule and dependencies across workstreams.
• Lead risk management end-to-end with timely escalation and mitigation actions.
