Job summary

You will manage cross-functional programs from concept to market, track schedules and investments, and guide teams to deliver on time and within budget while maintaining high quality and customer focus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience with Agile methodologies and cross-functional teams
• Ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the full software development lifecycle and product development process for various solutions
• Manage complex, multi-disciplinary programs from concept to market including schedule and investment tracking
• Drive cross-functional activities to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery
• Provide technical guidance and collaborative leadership to cross-functional team members
• Communicate program status and changes to senior leaders using standardized methods
• Mentor and empower program team members to strengthen execution
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to exceed customer expectations
