Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager within Commercial & Investment Bank to lead multi-functional tech programs impacting clients, employees, and stakeholders globally.

You will translate business and technical goals into actionable tasks, manage resources and budgets, and drive change with executive-level communication. You will influence decision-making across teams, advance agile practices, and develop governance for AI-enabled features.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management in large organizations.
• Advanced stakeholder management with ability to influence decision-making across teams and clients.
• Advanced fluency in vendor product knowledge and enablement of on-demand access to shared apps and services.
• Strong analytical skills to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
• Proven ability to lead through change in high-pressure environments.
• Experience creating dashboards, briefings, and materials for senior executives (Jira/Confluence/SharePoint).
• Experience identifying and delivering AI-enabled capabilities with governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic project plans with requirements, resources, and timelines.
• Oversee complex technology projects, manage budgets and timelines, mitigate risks and remove roadblocks.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and cross-functional teams; define decision-making procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Champion agile adoption and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and monitoring emerging technologies.
