Qualifications

• 7+ years in a Technical Program Manager or similar role driving large technical programs.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity, tight timelines, and regulatory constraints.
• Technical fluency with distributed systems to engage with Staff+ engineers.
• Experience defining program KPIs and using dashboards to guide prioritization.
• Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, or fintech/crypto.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Drive program operating cadence with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and business partners.
• Identify risks and cross-team dependencies; drive mitigations and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with engineering leads on architecture decisions to support program goals.
• Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and KPIs.
