Job summary

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead high-priority programs spanning multiple product areas and engineering teams, turning strategy into clear plans and shipping high-quality features reliably and on time.

The role requires 7+ years in technical program management, experience navigating ambiguity and regulatory constraints, and fluency with distributed systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar in a high-growth consumer tech setting.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives through ambiguity, tight timelines, and regulatory constraints.
• Technical fluency with distributed systems to engage with Staff+ engineers on architecture and sequencing decisions.
• Experience defining program KPIs and using dashboards to guide prioritization and outcomes across Product, Engineering and business teams.
• Familiarity with trading, brokerage, payments, or other fintech products, or crypto/web3/DeFi ecosystems.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflows and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs from problem definition through launch and post-launch follow-up.
• Drive the operating cadence for programs including kickoffs, status reviews, dashboards, and risk tracking.
• Identify risks and dependencies, drive mitigations, and escalate when leadership decisions are needed.
• Partner with Engineering leads to evaluate trade-offs around reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Translate product and business goals into executable program plans and define program KPIs.
