Job summary

Lambda is seeking a Senior Business Systems Architect to lead enterprise systems architecture across financials, supply chain, and customer platforms. You will design end-to-end solutions, manage complex integrations, and drive a strategic roadmap for system enhancements while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable workflows and automation.

Leading integration efforts with iPaaS tools and ensuring SOX compliance are key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business systems architecture or administration.
• Strong understanding of Finance tech stacks including NetSuite, Coupa, Supply Chain, Asset Management, Billing systems.
• Certifications in relevant platforms (e.g., NetSuite Administrator, iPaaS) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/SQL/HTML/CSS/Python.
• Experience with middleware and low/no-code platforms (Workato, n8n, Mulesoft, Alteryx).
• Process automation deployment to streamline operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs and SOX compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership across levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: develop scalable system roadmaps aligning goals with capabilities.
• Solution Design & Implementation: architect and deploy workflows in NetSuite, Coupa, Stripe, Chargebee.
• Tooling Selection & Standardization: select and standardize tools to meet needs and scale.
• Integration & Automation: manage integrations and automate processes with iPaaS tools.
• Compliance & Optimization: ensure SOX controls and conduct system audits.
• Support & Analytics: troubleshoot issues, mentor staff, deliver actionable dashboards.
