Job summary

LMI is seeking a senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of its technology portfolio supporting the USPS. This role is the senior technical leader on the account, owning end-to-end deployments and building strong USPS relationships to drive value and outcomes.

The role demands experience in enterprise technologies, ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem, AI-enabled solutions, and a strong track record in delivery governance, security, and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience spanning software engineering, solution architecture, and technical program/project management.
• Demonstrated experience owning end-to-end deployments of enterprise technology into production.
• Experience working with the Microsoft ecosystem, AI/GenAI solutions, COTS products, and custom software development.
• PMI/PMO or Agile certifications and U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain USPS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LMI's senior technical lead and primary technical point of contact for the USPS account.
• Oversee on-time, on-budget deployment of technology solutions across multiple platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with USPS stakeholders and translate needs into actionable roadmaps.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of deployments from intake to sustainment.
• Manage cost, schedule, scope, risk, and performance for the portfolio.
