LMI Government Consulting seeks a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of a broad technology portfolio for USPS in a hands-on leadership role. You will own end-to-end deployments, drive architectural decisions, and manage cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, designers, and analysts in a federal environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience spanning software engineering, solution architecture, and technical program/project management.
• Experience owning end-to-end deployments of enterprise technology into production.
• Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (365/Power Platform/Azure) and ServiceNow.
• Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and Agile delivery (Scrum/SAFe/Kanban).
• Ability to obtain and maintain USPS Public Trust Clearance (US Citizens) or equivalent security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as LMI's senior technical lead and primary technical point of contact for the USPS account.
• On-time, on-budget delivery of technology solutions into the USPS production environment across multiple platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with USPS stakeholders and identify opportunities to add value.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of deployments into the USPS environment (design, build, test, deploy, sustain).
• Lead Agile delivery, manage backlogs, sprints, release planning, and CI/CD practices.
