Shield AI is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise technology and systems delivery across multiple workstreams. You will drive end-to-end initiatives from charter through go-live, coordinating across engineering, data, infrastructure, and testing teams while ensuring on-time execution and effective governance.

The role emphasizes strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, risk management, and change enablement to deliver technology-enabled transformation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, including 2+ years leading technology implementation or integration projects.
• Experience managing technical programs (e.g., software platform implementations, infrastructure or cloud migrations, system integrations, or enterprise application rollouts).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a tightly integrated schedule and clear accountability across teams.
• CAPM, PMP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for technology implementations, platform migrations, system integrations, and transformation initiatives from charter through go-live and hypercare.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, integrating business, engineering, infrastructure, data, testing, and change activities into a single executable project plan.
• Build and maintain detailed schedules, milestone plans, RAID logs, dependency trackers, RACI matrices, and status reporting.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT and engineering teams, systems integrators, and vendor partners to align scope, timing, deliverables, and decisions.
• Facilitate planning, requirements, design, and workstream checkpoint sessions with technical leads and business process owners.
• Support governance routines, including workstream meetings, status reviews, and escalation paths; prepare materials for steering committees and leadership updates.
• Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies through the project governance structure with urgency and clarity.
• Ensure the project schedule is actively managed, including follow-up on overdue actions and critical path items; resolve cross-workstream blockers.
• Coordinate technical and non-technical delivery activities across integrations, infrastructure, data migration, testing, cutover, and deployment; do not act as the technical authority for solution design.
• Support budget tracking, forecast updates, and variance reporting where applicable.
• Lead preparation for SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness activities in partnership with SMEs and delivery leads.
• Support organizational change management, communications, training coordination, and adoption planning with business and OCM partners.
• Track vendor and systems integrator delivery performance against plans and milestones.
• Prepare clear status updates, decision summaries, and risk reports for project leadership.
