Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex programs across product, engineering, merchandising, and business teams to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives.

You will manage cross-functional dependencies, facilitate stakeholder communication, resolve roadblocks, and partner with product managers and engineers through the full lifecycle, from planning through launch—identifying AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience with enterprise program delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Business teams.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale initiatives through influence, not authority.
• E-commerce/Omnichannel tech experience required; retail tech preferred.
• Experience gathering requirements and aligning multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong partnership with engineering teams and technical leadership.
• Experience in complex, cross-functional enterprise environments.
• Strong reporting and analytics experience using Excel, Tableau, Looker.
