Qualifications

• Proven expertise in continuous improvement within program/technical program management.
• Experience designing change management rollout plans and leading change.
• Exceptional ability to design and deliver optimized communications for diverse audiences.
• Strong planning skills to define charters, plans, timelines, and risks.
• Ability to evaluate engineering scope, milestones, and resourcing needs.
• Track record of building trusted stakeholder relationships and prioritisation.
• Experience in leading teams and driving cross-team collaboration.
• Execution and governance skills, including risk mitigation and governance structures.
• Portfolio oversight across multiple programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Independently define, drive, and own program charters with scope, timelines, objectives, resources, and risks.
• Translate goals into measurable objectives and determine appropriate program management level.
• Phase programs, establish metrics, and optimise reporting dashboards for transparency.
• Design and execute communication strategies, including executive updates and partner communications.
• Anticipate and manage change with rollout plans and realignment during execution.
• Foster trusted relationships with senior stakeholders to enable effective decision‑making.
• Drive technical analysis and refine processes across engineering teams to improve velocity.
• Collect and analyse data to inform governance, maintain trackers, and manage dependencies.
