Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Robotics and Maritime programs in Franklin, MA. This on-site role requires leading program reviews, developing WBS/IMS, and ensuring budget and schedule alignment with DoD contracts.

Responsibilities include coordinating across Business Development, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to support proposals, negotiations, and awards. A strong background in MS Project, EVMS, and DoD standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Project Lead experience with DoD customers.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, Science Mathematics or equivalent.
• Proven track record of managing programs with challenging technical, schedule, and cost requirements as well as complex customer and subcontractor relationships.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining plans in MS Project.
• Excellent people and leadership skills – capable of leading a team of technical personnel and fostering collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer interface for all program aspects and lead program reviews to discuss technical, cost and schedule activities.
• Create program plans including WBS and IMS for management of scope to ensure alignment with contract requirements, budgets, and commitments.
• Monitor and assess program performance against plan (schedule and financial), identify risk and scope changes, develop corrective action.
• Control expenditures per the project budget and report monthly on budget performance via ETC.
• Develop program resource plans and direct assigned program resources.
• Support proposal efforts, contract negotiation and award with other departments.
