Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years of Project/Program lead experience with defense customers.
• PMP, EVMS, CAM, CSCP, APICS, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS/ITAR; risk management and cost control; supplier quality and delivery evaluation; Deltek CostPoint or similar MRP/ERP software; Jira; Windchill; hardware lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define scope and deliverables for multiphase defense programs; lead program reviews on technical, cost and schedule.
• Create program plans with WBS and IMS; manage scope, budgets, and internal commitments; monitor performance.
• Develop Material Program Plan coordinating with quality, scheduling, and supply chain teams.
• Evaluate suppliers and analyze total cost of ownership; monitor delivery capability.
• Coordinate resources and ensure on-time, in-scope, within-budget delivery.
• Ensure FAR/DFARS/ITAR compliance and risk mitigation; maintain contract adherence.
• Prepare detailed progress and issue reports; liaise with agencies, primes, and suppliers.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process excellence methods to improve efficiency.
• Forecast program performance using cost/schedule data; own program performance at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
