Job summary

QinetiQ US is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support Robotics and Maritime programs in Franklin, MA. This on-site role focuses on delivering programs within budget, schedule, and technical requirements.

You will act as the primary customer interface, develop plans (WBS/IMS), and lead cross-functional teams to meet contract commitments. Travel up to 15% and DoD clearance are required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Engineering, Science, Mathematics or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience creating and maintaining MS Project plans.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage customer expectations.
• Experience with DoD customers and EVMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer interface and lead program reviews.
• Develop WBS and IMS to align with contract requirements and budgets.
• Monitor schedule and cost, identify risks and corrective actions.
• Manage budget and ETC reporting; control expenditures.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Engineering, Operations and Finance.
