Job summary

IPT Associates (IPTA) is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead enterprise-level IT initiatives at Wright Patterson AFB. You will manage infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, cloud services, and governance across complex federal programs, coordinating with government stakeholders to ensure performance and compliance.

The role requires 15+ years in federal IT program management, active DoD/DoW clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, and strong leadership and communication skills for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant IT, business, cybersecurity, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant program management experience for complex federal IT programs.
• Active DoD/DoW Clearance with ability to obtain TS with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level management for the program across infrastructure, software and applications, software development and integration, data management, cybersecurity, cloud services, IT service management, governance and compliance, portfolio management, testing, training, and program and financial management.
• Monitor and report program activities and progress in terms of cost, schedule, and performance.
• Serve as the primary contractor interface with Government KO, CORs, PMs, technical leads, senior stakeholders, and executive leadership to support program execution, performance visibility, issue resolution, and decision-quality communication.
