Mission Technologies is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Program Manager to support programs at Wright-Patterson AFB or Palmdale, CA. Must hold TS/SCI clearance and have extensive DoD program management experience across lifecycle stages.

The role requires deep knowledge of DoD 5000.02 processes, manufacturing readiness, and coordination with prime and subcontractors. Senior leadership with strong documentation and communication skills is essential.

Formación

• 15+ years relevant experience with a Bachelor's in related field; 13 years with a Master's; 10 years with PhD/JD; or 19 years with HS diploma.
• Five years in an acquisition program office on an ACAT I/II DoD program as PM, deputy PM, or IPT lead (within last 2 years).
• Experience developing and coordinating DoD acquisition milestone plans and reporting for ACAT I/II programs.
• Experience in manufacturing readiness and government oversight ofPrime/subcontractor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with development and maintenance of program documentation.
• Support review of proposals and serve in advisory role for source selections.
• Coordinate documentation between functional orgs inside and outside the program.
• Support program milestone planning and preparation.
• Support risk management and process improvement.
• Support meetings and communications with Program Office and management.
• Develop responses to taskers for internal and external inquiries.
