Job summary

Anduril Industries in the United States is seeking a Director of Programs to lead end-to-end delivery of TRS technologies for Department of War needs. You will own technical planning, drive cross-functional execution, and manage cost, schedule, and risks while collaborating with government customers.

The role requires strong leadership, deep systems engineering insight, and the ability to operate across engineering and program management teams, with travel up to 50% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing the development of complex technical systems.
• Proven track record of multi-million-dollar projects delivered on time and on budget.
• Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own development and deployment of TRS technologies to meet DoW needs.
• Drive technical execution from concept through delivery meeting milestones.
• Bridge between Program Managers and engineering teams.
• Build relationships with DoD customers to enable rapid fielding.
• Execute on broad requirements to deliver outcomes across programs.
• Implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning and risk management.
• Own all work and advise Anduril engineers.
