The BaND team seeks a technical program manager to drive Data Center and Network Capacity in AMER. You will coordinate demand with network resources, lead cross-functional programs, and improve infrastructure utilization and availability.

Qualifications

5+ years of program management or technical project management experience.

Responsibilities

Single threaded owner of one of our large network scaling portfolios.
Provide program progress reporting to senior leadership with root-cause analysis.
Summarize escalation support and critical leadership decisions.
Mentor newer and less tenured team members.
Manage multiple competing projects/programs simultaneously.
Develop, plan and build implementation solutions for cross-functional collaboration.
Identify process improvement opportunities and gather user requirements.
Develop resource and material forecasts with sourcing and data center teams.
Drive adoption with internal customers through change management.
Anticipate issues and escalate appropriately.
