Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience with a track record leading technical programs.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and design teams.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to lead without direct authority and mentor other PMs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute multiple technical projects and programs across teams through full lifecycle.
• Collaborate with engineering to translate requirements into actionable project plans.
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables; track progress and dependencies.
• Manage risks, issues, and budgets; provide executive-level status updates.
• Facilitate governance, ceremonies, and cross-team communication; mentor peers.
